Refund policy

All SALE & CLEARANCE items are Final Sale & cannot be returned.

If you are completely unsatisfied with your order, you may return your items within 5 days of receiving the item in its original condition (unused & undamaged) for a store credit.

Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs of return items.

Your Store Credit will be issued once your items are received and inspected. Please email info@HouseOfRena.com prior to shipping your return.
