Shipping Information

All orders will ship 2-3 days after your order is placed .

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service with tracking information sent via email.

Please keep in mind during Holiday Season, orders may take longer to receive due to the increase in packages being shipped in general.

Lastly, please use your confirmation email to track your package. Once your order is shipped and has been confirmed through USPS, House of Rena, LLC will no longer be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package states DELIVERED and you have not received it, you will need to start a claim with USPS. Please be sure to double check your address before completing your order, ensuring all details are included (apt, suite #).

We will only honor a refund or replace an item if the tracking states the package was lost during transit, not Delivered.
